In May of 2013, The New York Times featured the The Scientific 7-Minute workout, based on the theory that just 7 minutes of high-intensity circuit training was all the exercise we needed a day. It prescribed 12 exercises deploying body weight only, performed in 30-second intervals of maximum effort, which scientific evidence proved were the equivalent of a long run and weight lifting session. That same workout is now available on the 7-Minute Workout app, with animated illustrations of each exercise and a countdown clock for each that makes it easy to follow and fun to do.

MySwimPro is the #1 training app for swimmers, and like having your own swim coach to prescribe daily workouts and personalized training plans, along with instructional videos, and a log to keep track of your times and distances.
