1. OVERHEAD LAT STRETCH
Hips shoulder width apart, point both feet forward, and bend to the side. Repeat on other side.
2. REAR DELT PULLS
Start with bands straight out in front. Lean back into seated position (1 leg up or down). Pull arms straight back into T position.
3. TORSO TWISTS
Hips shoulder width apart, both feet forward, arms straight out in front. Twist torso. Repeat on other side.
4. TRICEPS PRESS
Seated or standing, back straight, bend arms 90 degrees at elbow, and press straight up.
5. CHEST PRESS
Lean slightly forward with body in straight line. Pull arms back and press forward.
